Act 1

In Act 1 the main thing that happens is the Capulet's party. Romeo and a couple of his friends sneak in, and Romeo goes just to see Juliet again. Capulet knows that Romeo is a Montague, but he says to his friends to just tolerate him for tonight. Romeo and Juliet fall in love, but both now know that they are in Rival families.

Lady Capulet- She basically just talks to Juliet a little and explains that Paris wants to marry Juliet, and she says that when she was Juliet's age she already was her mother.

Act 1 Scene 1

The Montagues and Capulets are fighting and using swords and stuff. They were talking about giving the finger to people. You can tell these two families are rivals. Romeo was talking about how he loves someone that never will lie him back.

Lady Capulet is basically just by her husbands side the whole time. She doesn't seem too involved with the fight.
